Shadow the Hedgehog revealed by Sega

Sonic's nemesis to appear in his own game.

Sega has revealed their latest Sonic game, but surprisingly, Sonic himself isn't the star of the show. His nemesis, Shadow, is getting his turn in the spotlight, and he is packing heat. The trailer, shown to attendees of the 2005 Walk of Game ceremony, showed the hedgehog clearly carrying a gun.

The game's environments are said to look similar in appearance to those of Sonic Heroes. No platform details were given, but Sonic Heroes was released on all major platforms, and the same is expected here.

We expect to see more on Shadow the Hedgehog at E3 in May, if not a tiny bit before.
