Mashed set to hit budget with extras

Empire plan to re-release the game on PlayStation 2 and Xbox under its "Xplosiv" budget label.

Even though Mashed had a stint sponsoring MTV's car pimping show "Pimp my Ride," not enough people got to experience the level of multiplayer mayhem that Mashed brought to the PlayStation 2 and Xbox last year.

The budget title is set to offer two new environments, two new cars, over twice as many tracks and more single player challenges. The re-release will also include a training mode, a refined camera system and more.
