King of Fighters comes to Xbox Live

Ignition Entertainment brings King of Fighters: Maximum Impact to Xbox Live.

Ignition Entertainment has announced that King of Fighters: Maximum impact is heading to Europe in June 2005 and it will include full Xbox Live capability. The Xbox version includes online play and the ability to take screen shots and save replays to the Xbox hard disk. The game will retail for a low £29.99 price point.

"Live functionality, allowing people to play against each other online, is something we think is important to offer in a fighting game," says Peter Rollinson, Product Manager, Ignition Entertainment. "We wanted to ensure that we had the best overall package we could offer for the Xbox version of Maximum Impact that takes full advantage of Microsoft's excellent online facilities."
