The developers have acknowledged that the game is suffering from some rather annoying bugs at the moment, but they are hard at work on fixing them in a forthcoming Xbox Live auto update.
A Ubisoft representative said: "We are aware that there are a few problems with the game right now and are pleased to say that RedStorm are currently investigating and developing an auto-update which will fix a lot of the problems"
