GMX Media to publish Extreme 4x4 on Xbox.

GMX Media, the PC publisher, has today announced that they are to publish their first console title - Extreme 4x4 for the Xbox.

4x4 is an all out action racing game taking place at high speeds in exciting and dangerous levels. Action on the track is enhanced with tornados, exploding mines and falling rocks. The game is sounding like a 4x4 version of the Dreamcast and PC classic, Speed Devils.

"Extreme 4x4 is a superb first title for our entry into the console market," says Eugene Perry, COO for GMX Media. "We have been in negotiation with a number of developers worldwide for some time and have finally collated a number of great titles which we will be subsequently releasing for XBOX and other console formats. Extreme 4x4 is simply the first of many great console games that we will be launching!"

Extreme 4x4 is scheduled for a September 2005 European release.
