Nintendo shocked everyone during its Nintendo Direct conference by announcing Bayonetta 2, set to be released exclusively on Wii U.

Developed by Platinum, the highly anticipated sequel is to be published by Nintendo.

A short trailer was shown, but no further information was revealed.
