On: Wii
Back to game info

Welcome to Heads-up, our weekly feature which gives you an at-a-glance run-down on the games you'll be able to buy or rent this weekend. Every Monday we'll pick out the best of the bunch, link to our reviews and previews and keep you in the video game loop so you have enough time to pre-order for Friday's post. Time to splash the cash.

Recommended: Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Xbox 360, PS3 and PC

It's finally arrived! Not only is Deus Ex one of the most anticipated releases of the year, but it's also the start of a release onslaught, ending what has been a terrible summer drought. Look out for our review at 5pm this afternoon, where we'll tell you why it's a game you won't want to miss.

Worth a look

These three aren't likely to get people as excited as Deus Ex, but each could find a set of fans. Inazuma is probably the most niche, offering an RPG-like experience combined with football, while Rugby World Cup 2011 is what it says on the tin. Tropico 4 arrives on Xbox 360 next month, but PC owners can get it this week and almost certainly play the better version of the game.

Inazuma Eleven - DS
Rugby World Cup 2011 - Xbox 360, PS3
Tropico 4 - PC

And the rest...

Pirates of Black Cove - PC

Yay for Deus Ex, but I'm as equally stoked for Inazuma Eleven. About time we got that. :O)
