Miyamoto jokes that he is already slimming down thanks to his work developing the title.
At today's Nintendo Conference 2007 Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto took to the stage and announced that Wii Fit will be released in Japan on December 1, priced 8,800 yen (approximately £40).
The game intends to get people up off their couch in fun and interesting ways through the use of the Wii Balance Board - a specially created peripheral which comes bundled with the game.
