The Buzz: Much loved karting series to act as a replacement for Super Smash Bros. Brawl which won't be released in Europe until 2008.
N-Europe, citing one of its trusted sources, reports that a Wii version of Mario Kart will be shown at E3 this week, with the game to be released across Europe later this year.
No specifics are offered, but the Nintendo-focused website does state that Mario Kart Wii will act as a replacement for one of the Wii's most anticipated titles: Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
The anonymous source claims that Super Smash Bros. Brawl won't be released in Europe until early 2008, with Mario Kart said to be filling the gap. In contrast, Super Smash Bros. Brawl will be released in the US later this year, but US gamers will have to wait until 2008 for the release of Mario Kart.
If true it would be a strange decision on Nintendo's part, giving fans in Europe and the US something to moan about.

sounds a tad dodgy but letas just see what happens
i would love them both to come out but the gap between each game should be small and give us plenty time to completeb 1 before the other one comes out
