SEGA confirms Sonic and the Black Knight

New Wii exclusive adventure that continues the storybook series of games that began with Sonic and the Secret Rings.

SEGA has today announced Sonic and the Black Knight, a new Wii exclusive adventure that forms part of the storybook series of Sonic titles that began with Sonic and the Secret Rings.

In Sonic and the Black Knight, Sonic enters the world of Arthurian legend and becomes a knight. Sonic is armed with a sword to aid him in his quest to save the day, adding a new twist to the classic Sonic gameplay.

Sonic and the Black Knight is scheduled for release, exclusively for the Wii, in spring 2009.
