Sam & Max: Season 1 Wii set for Oct 7 US release

European date announcement soon.

Telltale Games has announced that Sam & Max: Season 1 will hit US stores on October 7, and promised an EU release announcement soon.

The Wii release will be the game's console debut, following a series of PC downloadable TV-style episode releases. It collects the first six-episode season on one disc.

Telltale said the Wii version will include "a few technical improvements" over the PC original, as well as widescreen support.
