Harmonix, MTV Games and EA have announced that Rock Band will be released across the UK for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2 and Wii in the week beginning September 8 - it should be in stores on Friday, September 12. The game will roll out across other European territories in the weeks that follow.
Rock Band's downloadable library of more than 200 songs is now available in Europe for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
It's also been announced that the Rock Band Instrument Edition will see a European price cut, applying to all versions including the previously available Xbox 360 set. This will now retail at €139.99 in Europe and £109.99 in the United Kingdom.
