Umbrella Chronicles gets sequel

The Darkside Chronicles is a light gun shooter set in the world of Resident Evil 2.

According to the latest issue of Famitsu (translated by Kotaku), that new Resident Evil game for Wii which Capcom has been teasing is a follow-up to light gun action game Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles.

Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles is set in the world of Resident Evil 2 - it's 1998 and the T-virus has turned the residents of Racoon City into zombies.

Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles was released in November 2007 and has sold over a million units worldwide - we thought it was pretty good too.
