Another Resident Evil movie could happen

Still in the very early stages, but Paul W.S. Anderson is in talks with Sony about it.

MTV News is reporting that a fourth movie based on Capcom's Resident Evil franchise is possible, according to Resident Evil series script writer Paul W.S. Anderson.

"I'm just starting to talk to Sony about it," Paul W.S. Anderson told MTV. "I don't even know if anything will come of it, but there's a possibility it might happen."

He added: "I love the 'Resident Evil' franchise and we always try to make the best possible movie we can. If we could find a good 'Resident Evil 4' to make, then we would do it. But I wouldn't just do it for the sake of it, that's for sure."

A fourth film which continues the story of Alice certainly looked to be on the cards given the way in which Resident Evil: Extinction ended.

i've enjoyed every movie of resident evil, i hope you swing off resident evil exstingtion with alice and her clones going back to finish the job. it has to be that way.

Yeh, when i watched all movies i was like...hmmm this isnt exactly a true perception to the game franchise. But i have seen the Resi degeneration on blu-ray and i have to say. I would pick CGI movies over realtime movies anytime! Although voice overs and mouth animations should be FF:spirits within quality!

I love all the Resident Evil movies i hope that they do make another part. It would really suck if there wasn't. Except for Degeneration where was Alice at???

I thought Resident Evil and Resi: Apocalypse were terrible. I haven't bothered watching the third.

If they are going to do another in the series I'd rather they just restarted the movie franchise and based it on the first game. They could actually make it scary rather than make an action movie with some monsters in it.

I really can't think of a good sequel to the resident evil franchise. Maybe if they wasn't anyone who could come up with one, it would be you guys. Maybe if Alice took her clones, and attempted to travel to where the remains of umbrella corporation. Then tried to get rid of them once and for all. I don't know. That was something i just threw in the air. Hope you guys find a great sequel for resident evil, which happens to be my favorite movie.

Resident evil is one of my favorite movies.I will not get bored even it happens to watch it for the 100th time.I'd be very happy to see that there is going to be one more movie with my favorite story and actors.Please let public know if it happens so
