Reggie reported to have said Europe is getting Mario Kart now, but will have to wait for Super Smash Bros.
According to comments made in the 1UP Yours podcast, Nintendo of America president, Reggie Fils-Aime has confirmed Super Smash Bros. Brawl will be released across Europe in the autumn.
Apparently this is because Europe is getting Mario Kart Wii in April and will have to wait for SSBB. It's the opposite story in North America, where no release date has been announced for Mario Kart Wii but SSBB will be released on March 9.
We're currently waiting to hear back from Nintendo regarding the autumn Super Smash Bros. Brawl release date.
Update: Reggie Fils-Aime did not confirm an autumn release date.

Autumn! Okay 1 second....
AUTUMN! THAT'S ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
Autumn doesn't start til September for Christ sake. If I don't get Brawl by July then I'm gonna kick some Nintendo ass.
