Transformers' The Touch coming to Guitar Hero

Stan Bush confirms the iconic track will be made available as a free download.

Transformers fans - specifically of the animated movie - can share a celebratory high five with news that Stan Bush's "The Touch" is heading to Guitar Hero.

In a letter to Kotaku, Bush wrote: "Thanks so much for all your support! Because of the overwhelming enthusiasm from fans like you, "The Touch" will soon be available for Guitar Hero! Activision will be offering it as a free download. We did it!"

I very much doubt it will be released for GHIII, which is a shame because I don't have World Tour and this song would be nearly as awesome as the Top Gun theme...

Excellent, I've been following the progress of this campaign. I only hope it's for GH3 as otherwise I'll have to buy the new game!
