Guitar Hero 5 to support tracks from previous games

Gamers will be able to pay a fee to imports tracks from World Tour and Smash Hits.

According to a Guitar Hero 5 hands-on preview on IGN, the upcoming band game will feature the option to import tracks from the two previous games – World Tour and Greatest Hits – although this service won't be free. The cost is still to be announced.

The new game will also support DLC from World Tour: 152 of the 158 songs available will work immediately.
