Cooking Mama 2 DS next year

Gamers invited to have dinner with friends early in 2008.

505 Games has today announced that Cooking Mama 2: Dinner With Friends is to be released across Europe for Nintendo DS early in 2008.

Picking up the knife where Cooking Mama left off, gamers are promised lots more culinary fun, tastier gameplay and plenty of new recipes - twice as many as in the first title. The game will also feature an all-new multiplayer mode, where players can challenge other chiefs to a Cook-Off. Using one copy of the game up to four players can compete in a collection of new mini-games.

Another new feature is a personal diary in which you can stick pictures of completed recipes, as well as stickers you've collected throughout the game.

Look out for Cooking Mama 2 early next year.
