Heads-up: What's new this week
A look ahead to Friday's new releases.
Welcome to Heads-up, VideoGamer.com's weekly feature which gives you an at-a-glance run-down on the games you'll be able to buy or rent this weekend. Every Tuesday we'll pick out the best of the bunch, link to our reviews and previews and keep you in the video game loop so you have enough time to pre-order for Friday's post. Time to splash the cash.

Worth a look
Ashes Cricket 2009 - Xbox 360, PC, Wii and PS3
We're reserving final judgement until we've played the release version of the game (we've only seen a work in progress build), but from what we've played there seems to be little chance Ashes Cricket 2009 won't offer good fun for fans of this favourite summer pastime. If previous Codemasters cricket games are anything to go by we expect the game to be a good deal more exciting than the average Test match, and you won't have to put up with hours of no play due to bad weather.
