Because math Nathan6, because math.

PS4 -> 1600x900
XB1 -> 1280x720

Framerate is better on PS4 on the current builds it enjoys a 2-4 FPS advantage stretching to 12-15 under heavy loads (just look at the Digital Foundry comparisons on EG).

The two versions look so much alike that the only thing that needs to be said is, they look nearly identical. You guys sound ridiculous trying to convince yourselves that the PS4 is somehow superior in any relevant way. Im baffled that everyone is doing this, why the need to convince yourselves and others of this?

I wont link to digital foundry, because that's not cool (but sorry VG, you don't live in a vacum), but their in depth tech review is excellent. It transpires that X1 is only running at 720p (1280x720) and PS4 is running at 900p (1600x900). They do both look nice, but the PS4 is beating the X1 in terms of resolution, framerate and performance.

Great to hear the VG guys giving a 'real persons'' impression though instead of the mathematical approach of DF. Keep up the good work guys!
