The review reads like a 10.

And I like JRPG mechanics: if they are done well you can't get much more satisfaction in gaming than leveling up.

My only small worry about this after watching some of the tuesday playthrough is it might be on the easy side. But that's a personal taste thing. I bet this'll be one of the best games before the next gen comes.

this is absolute nonsense. The jrpg genre has been the only one worth playing

Meruru was an awesome game. Most reviewers who gave it a chance gave it a 9 or 10

I sold 8 of my 360 games, an old Gameboy SP and some other bits and pieces to raise enough money to buy a PS3 purely to play this game. It looks amazing.

So want to get this game! Looking forward too it to be quite honest. When you say you played for 25 hours, is that directly doing the main story quest line or is that both exploring, side quests and main quests combined?
