PSP Worms Open Warfare 2 demo out now

THQ lets PSP gamers try the game weeks before release.

Worms Open Warfare 2 is the follow-up to Team 17's entertaining PSP debut and early impressions suggest it's going to be great.

PSP gamers needn't trust the opinions of others though; THQ has released a playable demo which offers a single map and a bunch of weapons with can be utilised to destroy the opposing worm army.

The demo is a tiny 4.2MB and once downloaded needs to be transferred onto a Memory Stick Duo. If you get stuck the zip file includes instructions. You'll also need to register for a free account in order to access the file, but that should only take a few minutes.

Worms Open Warfare 2 is scheduled for release on PSP and Nintendo DS at the end of the month.
