World Tour Soccer 2 and Mercury Meltdown demos out now

Sony has released demos of World Tour Soccer 2 and Mercury Meltdown for the PSP.

As a way of enticing gamers to update their PSPs to the latest firmware version, Sony is offering a free World Tour Soccer 2 demo. The catch being that it'll only work on PSPs running the version 2.80 firmware. The demo can be found on YourPSP.com.

If football isn't your thing then maybe a spot of liquid metal blob rolling is your cup of tea. The Japanese PSP website is offering PSP owners a demo of Mercury Meltdown, giving you a chance to try the game way before its release.

Once downloaded you'll need to move the demo file to the "/PSP/GAME/UCJS10043" directory, before launching it from the Game menu on the PSP.
