SCi sale is off the table

Believes a sale of the company for its full value is unlikely to be achieved at this time.

SCi has announced that despite discussions with a number of interested parties it did not receive a formal offer within the requested timeframe in regard to purchasing the company.

The SCi Board now believes that a sale of the company for its full value is unlikely at this current time and prolonging takeover discussions is no longer viewed to be in the best interests of the company or shareholders.

The discussions with unnamed parties have brought about certain "commercial and strategic opportunities" which are to be explored.
