Tekken 6 to feature campaign mode

Will support two-player online cooperative play.

Tekken 6 will predominantly be about taking on other players in one vs. one battles, but Namco Bandai has announced that there'll be something extra to play too.

Scenario Campaign mode, available on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game, features a unique hybrid of the fighting engine with free movement in 3D levels. As well as the expected hand to hand combat, players will be able to pick up a variety of melee weapons, guns and flame throwers.

The mode will be playable online cooperatively with a friend, and there are over 40 characters to choose from.

Tekken 6 will be available this autumn for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PSP.
