Hint:
For easy Simoleons- Paint! by the time you've got full creativity you'll get 500 simoleons a pop! Hazel has an easel in her garden. When the Grim Reaper calls, you may have the option to hang around as a ghost for a while, do this. There are some perks which cost under 2,500 sanity points (the grim reaper calls you again at this point) constantly earn enough for these and buy them. When your bored just keep scaring people until the reaper calls. I recommend the Gold pack.

How to get unlimited alien babies:
When you go in the labortory, go down into the scary floor. Go to the baby's room. To get unlimited babies keep clicking on the baby. You will get unlimited babies! Unfortunely you can't sell them or get rid of them.

to get money,just use the code(L+R+square)in the buy perks window,then just use the money cheat to get 1000 simoleons

to get a mech. point 2,use the code L+R+square but you have to be in the buy perks window,not the my sims window,but the actual window where u buy perks.when u enter the cheat the woohoo purple heart will pop up.select it then go back to the game and use the perk.then a window will pop up.just select the 'advance mechanical skill' cheat a bunch of times then press activate.if u hit it enough,the skill should fill up all the way.do that with all the skills if u want to fill up everything.

For some reason, cleaning the barracks bathroom is so hard.... I cleaned the toilets,showers and sinks but it still isnt finished... Can anybody tell me what I missed?
