Konami is to showcase its upcoming Xbox 360 version of Pro Evolution Soccer 6 at the Leipzig Games Convention.
Pro Evolution Soccer 6 would have been one of the biggest games of the year had it only be scheduled to arrive on the usual systems, but this year it will make its Xbox 360 debut, furthering excitement for the game. The next-gen version of the game will be premiered at the Leipzig Games Convention, due to open its doors to the public on August 23. Further Konami titles will also be on display for current and next-gen systems.
"This year, Leipzig is not only an European meeting point for gamers and traders, but also the starting point for one of the most exciting transitions in console gaming ever," commented Martin Schneider, Sales and Marketing Director Germany for Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH. "We are looking forward to presenting some famous guests who will personally present their games to the audience."
Shingo 'Seabass' Takatsuka, the head of Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer, will be at the event to demo the game to the horde of fans expected to gather. A full list of titles to be featured alongside Pro Evolution Soccer 6 will be announced shortly.
