The third of Capcom's PSP Monster Hunter titles has gone flying off store shelves in Japan - fastest in series history.
Capcom has announced that Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G has set a new record for the Monster Hunter series, selling a million units in Japan only six days after its release. This makes the game the fastest-selling game in the Monster Hunter series.
As of April 1, 2008 the Monster Hunter video game series has sold a total of 6.3 million units, meaning Portable 2nd G already accounts for around 16% of sales.
