News that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, the next instalment in the blockbuster franchise, would be heading directly to PSP was a bit of a surprise. Why not make the game for home consoles? It turns out that Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima has a good reason.

"With the PS3, you've got a whole range of middle- and high school kids who can't play your game because their parents don't let them play video games at home. Those kids can whine at their parents all day about how the game's anti-war and anti-nukes, but they'll just respond 'Well, you're still killing people with guns, aren't you?' and brush it off," explained Kojima in an interview published by Japanese video game magazine Famitsu. "I wanted to go the extra mile for gamers in that sort of situation. That was one of the reasons I chose the PSP."

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is scheduled for release in 2010 only for PSP.

Any gamer who gets prohibited to play M rated games are mostly under 18!! so my question to Kojima is. Do you want under-aged teens playing M rated content??
