New Jak & Daxter for PSP/PS2

The Lost Frontier scheduled for an autumn release.

Sony Computer Entertainment has announced the autumn 2009 release of Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier for PSP and PlayStation 2.

Players can expect non-stop action and adventure as the duo travel across mysterious lands and take to the sky on a mission to save their planet from destruction, picking up from where the original Jak and Daxter trilogy left off.

The game will begin on foot, with players running and jumping their way across undiscovered lands, before taking flight in one of five different aircraft. Blast airborne enemies and battle sky pirates with the powerful Gunstaff, a new weapon that can transform into other new weapons.

Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier will be released this autumn on PSP and PS2.
