EA confirm development of Fight Night Round 3 for Xbox 360

Electronic Arts has officially confirmed the development of Fight Night Round 3 for the Xbox 360, along with Xbox, PS2 and PSP versions.

The PlayStation 2 and Xbox versions will feature box art with images of Arturo 'Thunder' Gotti and Micky Ward, with the Xbox 360 and PSP cover stars to be announced at CES next month.

Fight Night Round 3 is scheduled for release on PlayStation 2 and Xbox in February, but there is no word on when the game will be released on PSP and Xbox 360. A PlayStation 3 version is assumed to be in development after a tech demo of the game was shown during Sony's pre E3 press conference back in May, but there's no mention of the game on the official site.
