Next instalment in EA's football franchise also coming to Xbox 360, PS2, PSP, DS and PC.
EA has today confirmed that its hugely popular FIFA series of video games will return this year with FIFA 08 and for the first time will release on PlayStation 3 and Wii.
Two-time FIFA World Player of the Year Ronaldinho will headline a global line-up of superstars to be featured on the cover of FIFA 08. EA has also revealed that many of the cover stars, including Ronaldinho, Klose, Ramos, Barnetta, and Ivanschitz, are being motion captured for the new game.
"We are proud to call some of the world's best football athletes our partners. The access, guidance and insight they give us means that FIFA 08 will create a next-gen experience that not only looks authentic, but that captures the emotion, finesse and beauty of the game," said Joe Booth, senior producer for FIFA 08.
FIFA 08 is in development at EA Canada in Vancouver and is scheduled for worldwide release in the autumn for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, PS2, PSP, Nintendo DS and PSP.

I think you should make manager mode a multiplayer. so you can have a season with a league , cups both domestic and european and transfers for you and your mates on the same console.

i think fifa 08 needs to be harder than fifa 07 and that it would have all the teams from the world cup.
