FIFA 15 has forced Destiny off the top spot, shooting straight in to the No.1 position in this week’s top 40.

Destiny falls to No.2 after two weeks at the top, with Disney Infinity 2.0 losing a place at No.3. Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition and Call of Duty: Ghosts round out the top 5.

According to Chart-Track, however, FIFA 15 accounted for 80 per cent of all game sales last week and 87 per cent of revenue. Week one sales are also up 15 per cent over last year’s FIFA 14 due to the PS4 and Xbox One versions landing alongside the last-gen versions.

Meanwhile, Level 5’s JRPG/Animal Crossing hybrid debuts at No.8, with last week’s No.3 Hyrule Warriors sliding ten places to No.13. NHL 15 seems to be this week’s biggest casualty, however, slipping 14 places to No.39.
