Ubi: No plans for World in Conflict on consoles

This morning Ubisoft has revealed to VideoGamer.com that for the moment World in Conflict and its expansion are for "PC only". Earlier today the publisher announced that World in Conflict: Soviet Assault, the expansion to the popular PC RTS World in Conflict, will be arriving for PC in March. The digital download expansion will arrive alongside a retail game, World in Conflict: Complete Edition, which will include the original game and expansion.

"For the moment we are releasing Soviet Assault on PC only and have no plans at this time to release it or the Complete Edition on consoles," said the Ubisoft spokesperson.

This news will come as a disappointment to any console RTS fans hoping for news on the previously announced Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, which had been in development at Swordfish Studios and Massive Entertainment for Vivendi Games.

ubisoft allways manages to **** up everything it touches, in prince of persia the dagger dident flash in the first boss fight, in assassins creed the game froze but the camara still moved, in endwar the units dident gain raks online for a week, and in endwar the guy says random crap that makes no sense and randomly frezes and but the camara still moves. i hope ubisoft goes bankrupt that way they cant ruin perfectly good games anymore
