UK Video Game Chart: GT5 races past Black Ops
The PS3 exclusive racer dethrones Activision's blockbuster.
Sony's Gran Turismo 5 has entered the All Formats All Prices UK video game chart at No.1, pushing Call of Duty: Black Ops down one place to No.2.
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, last week's highest new entry at No.2, is bumped down one place to No.3, while NFS Hot Pursuit slides three places to No.6.
Outside of Gran Turismo 5, the week's other new entries include Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare at No.14 and Michael Jackson: The Experience at No.32. The week's other major release, Disney Epic Mickey failed to make the All Prices Top 40.

VideoGamer.com Analysis
Given the hype surrounding the launch of GT5 it's no great surprise to see the game chart at No.1, but we can't see the racer holding off Call of Duty: Black Ops for very long.
The most disappointed publishers must be Disney and Namco Bandai, each with two new titles which failed to chart inside the All Prices Top 40. Disney Epic Mickey and Tron Evolution failed for Disney, while Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom and Splatterhouse missed a chart position for Namco Bandai. Ubisoft's Rabbids: Travel in Time is also a casualty. Tron is the most likely to show some recovery powers thanks to the imminent release of the movie, while Rabbids could pick up as Christmas shopping picks up.
On a more positive note, Rare's Kincet Sports appears to have established itself as the go to game for new Kinect owners, dropping only three places to No.12. Dance Central is the only other Kinect title inside the Top 40.

Collision damage doesn't make the game - the level of fun, however, does.
