Transformers: Fall of Cybertron revealed

Will continue the story started in War for Cybertron.

Activision and High Moon Studios are working on a follow-up to last year's Transformers: War for Cybertron, Fall of Cybertron. Gameinformer has the exclusive look at the game, which it is claiming will improve on the original.

According to the magazine, developer High Moon looked at fan feedback and is going back to the drawing board to create the follow-up fans want, with Fall of Cybertron being a natural successor rather than a true sequel.

Hopefully High Moon can put the disappointing Dark of the Moon movie tie-in game behind them and prove it can deliver Transformers titles fans want. Considering the movie game was likely made in an extremely small time-frame, we're willing to give them the benefit of the doubt considering War for Cybertron was so enjoyable.

Back on topic. I really hope that they don't shy away from up-rezing the character textures and I really hope they give the guns more ammo. They need ammo in the animated series so using ammo still seems weird to me.

Imagine an online battle playing in a team as all 5 dinobots. Hopefully it mirrors their group from the comics where they were like special soldiers for the Autobots, a bit like SAS or Seals, but also rebellious.

From what I can see from the teaser trailer, the main robot shown seems to be an Autobot...who turns into a dinosaur...Grimlock maybe? Christ, if the next Transformers game has the Dinobots, I think I might just soil my pants. War for Cybertron was a very pleasant surprise and the multiplayer was surprisingly awesome.

Be nice if they had them on the Ark coming to Earth and finally in their G1 forms. Though licensing issues could prevent some of this (VW for bumblebee for instance)
