Activision's latest instalment in the Tony Hawk's Skateboarding series is titled Tony Hawk's Proving Ground.
The latest issue of US video game magazine Gamepro has spilled the first info on the next instalment in the longest running extreme sports video game franchise - Tony Hawk's Skateboarding.
The magazine reveals that the game is titled Tony Hawk's Proving Ground and will be released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The game will feature new Nail-the-Trick modes, skater classes, revamped multiplayer modes and a feature rich video editor mode.
The game is once again in the safe hands of Neversoft and after the return to form that was Tony Hawk's Project 8, we have high hopes for their latest effort.

Enough is enough. Even though I skated for about six years and love it, the series has gotten stale for me. Unless they make some drastic changes, I'm jumping ship to SKATE.
