C&C FPS delayed

Release date scheduled for some point in the twelve months beginning April 1, 2009.

Joystiq reports that Tiberium, the FPS set in the Command & Conquer universe, has been delayed until EA's fiscal year 2010.

The news came during EA's quarterly earnings conference call. A fiscal 2010 release means we won't be seeing the title in stores until April 2009 at the earliest. Worst case scenario is a March 2010 release.

No reason for the delay was given by EA.
