Will star Kristen Kreuk, Michael Clark Duncan, Neal McDonough, Chris Klein and Taboo of Black Eyed Peas.

Capcom has confirmed the main cast for its live-action Street Fighter movie, currently set for release worldwide in 2009.
The story will revolve around Chun-Li, who will be portrayed by Smallville actress Kristen Kreuk. Also staring in leading roles are Michael Clark Duncan as Balrog, Neal McDonough as M. Bison, Taboo of Black Eyed Peas as Vega and Chris Klein as Charlie Nash.
According to IMDB, Andrzej Bartkowiak (DOOM, Cradle 2 the Grave, Romeo Must Die) is on board as the director.
We're not entirely convinced by Kristen Kreuk as Chun-Li. Let us know what you think in the comments section below.

Maybe Kylie will make a cameo appearance alongside Van Damme, which would raise the thespian element to Oscar potential.
But otherwise, I agree with the above. Michael Clarke-Duncan would be the only reason I'd shell out £2.99 for the DVD.

The simple fact that they re even making ANOTHER live-action SF movie is just amazing. the last one with Van Dammit in it was a horrid waste of celluloid. The very film used to shoot that movie isn't even worth recycling... burn it, recall every single video produced and destroy all evidence that it exists to begin with. Don't make a second one... stop thinking of movies about SF at all and move on.
