Wrong. The game is for PS3, 360, Wii, PC, PS2, PSP, DS and GBA. I will also add that despite the poor reviews I think it's an ace game. :D
You go into them on the Lizard story part 2, You have to go through a manhole in the ground to get in.

It's the only way I have found so far but I think there are probably other entrances through drains etc. if you look for them. However, I have only been in there once and that was in the mission.

As for the sewer question, yes I think it's possible but I haven't tried myself yet.

Spiderman 3 is for PS2!! Look at the website! I have a 360 and I really really wanna get it! I went to see the movie today and I think that it wasn't as good as the 1st 2! But it was still kool!
