SOCOM finally dated in Europe

Will hit the UK on March 13, Europe on March 18 and PSN on March 19.

European SOCOM producer Shijima has announced via the official PlayStation forums that SOCOM: Confrontation will finally be released across Europe in March.

"Finally I can bring you the news you've all been waiting for: SOCOM: Confrontation has been approved for release in Europe, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand!" said an excited Shijima.

The game will arrive at UK retailers on March 13, European stores on March 18 and on the Euro PlayStation Store on March 19.

SOCOM: Confrontation was released in October 2008 over in the US, but suffered from a host of issues including lag and a game crashing bug. Most of these issues have since been resolved through a series of patches.

Not true, game is missing features advertised on the box, lag like s.o.b.
Game play is good but weapon redial wheel sucks ass, switching from weapon to grenade is horrible, can not shoot through windows. Visit SOCOM.com forum for more problem. Buyer be aware.

Thank-god this has a god damn release date! I canceled my pre-order for it as of Killzone 2 coming and of course Street Fighter IV. March 13th same day as Resi-Evil 5, looks like its SOCOM for me as the demo was ok of Resi-Evil 5.
