Skate 3 demo detailed

Check out the new University District of Port Caverton.

Black Box has announced that a playable demo of Skate 3 will be released on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PSN on April 15, 2010.

The demo will give players a taste of the University District in the all-new skater's paradise of Port Carverton. A series of single and multiplayer challenges including Domination, Own the Lot, and the bone-crushing Hall of Meat will be available.

The all-new Skate.School featuring Coach Frank will also be included, allowing players to learn the ropes or perfect their skills.

Players will also be able to sample the all-new object dropper by using 24 different items to tweak and alter the University District to create a personalised demo experience. Once players have a trick nailed, they can capture the moment with the in-game Replay Editor and upload footage of themselves.

Skate 3 is scheduled for release on May 14 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
