Had the same issue when my PS3 died and I got a new one. Sony sorted it straight away, though it took 10 days for the songs to show up in my download list again on Singstar.

Just swapped from a fat to a slim ps3, went to download all the songs that were on my old ps3 only to be told they can only be downloaded to one machine! Guess I should have read the T&C's after buying loads of songs :-( I still have the old machine, anyone know if I can unassociate the songs with the old ps3 so I can download them to the new one?
