Rainbow Six Vegas not delayed in Europe

360-Gamer reports that all versions of Rainbow Six Vegas will now ship in Europe in March - not true says Ubisoft.

Newly launched 360-Gamer, the website for the UK Xbox 360 magazine of the same name, reports that Rainbow Six Vegas will now be released on all formats in Europe on March 2007, together with the PlayStation 3 version. The information is said to come direct from one of the Montreal development team at X06.

Pro-G contacted Ubisoft to clarify the situation, and the news is good.

"It was a misunderstanding on their part. The PS3 version will be the only one to come out in March. The rest are still set for Nov," a Ubisoft rep said.

So there you go - Rainbow Six fans in Europe can still look forward to Vegas this Christmas.
