Remastered HD visuals with new textures, normal maps and anti-aliasing.

Ubisoft has confirmed that Prince of Persia Trilogy will be released for the PS3 on November 19, 2010.

The three game bundle includes remastered versions of Prince of Persia The Sands of Time, Prince of Persia Warrior Within and Prince of Persia The Two Thrones.

The games' visuals have been remastered in 720p with new textures, normal maps and anti-aliasing, and the action can also be viewed in 3D should you have the TV to support it.

All this comes on one Blu-ray disc priced £29.99.

The more this happens, the more I like it. Sure, it's a way to sell us games again, and some publishers will doubtless take advantage. But, there are so many glorious games that could benefit from a re-release like this. I never got Two Thrones thanks to Warrior Within leaving me a bit cold, but all 3 games on one disc may be too good to say no to!
