England skipper John Terry says the England team helped the starlet perform on the pitch by playing video games at the hotel.
The Daily Star reports that Theo Walcott, the young star of Arsenal and England, only came out of his shell after a video game session with the rest of the England Team.
"We coaxed him out by playing on the computer around the hotel. We got him playing on it with us," said England captain John Terry. "It's the little things like that which get younger lads out of their shell and it has shown in his performances."
It was this new found confidence that helped Walcott net a hat-trick against Croatia in a recent World Cup qualifier. Fans will be hoping the team has been putting in several hours of hard training on video games in preparation of tonight's World Cup qualifier against Belarus.
