Need For Speed: Most Wanted demo races onto Xbox LIVE & PSN
Demo of Criterion's open world racer finally crashes onto console.
A playable demo of Need For Speed: Most Wanted is available to download now on Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network.
The demo offers players a glimpse at Most Wanted's open world city of Fairhaven, and lets them take one of four different cars out for a spin: the Aston Martin V12 Vantage, Porsche 911 Carrera S, Audi R8 GT Spyder and the Ford Focus RS500.
The demo will also let players earn up to 50,000 Speed Points (Most Wanted's form of XP), which will carry over to the full game if you decide to splash the cash.
Need For Speed: Most Wanted launched earlier this month on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, mobile devices and PC. The game debuted at number 5 in the UK Top 40, before climbing to the number 4 spot earlier this week.
We called the game "one of the smartest, most enjoyable racing games of 2012" in our review, before slapping on a 9/10.

To be fair, the letters EA at the start probably meant I was going into the demo negatively in the first place, so to balance the negatives... nope, can't do it.
