Marvel VS Capcom 2 demo detailed

Two-player local matches, six playable characters and seven selectable environments.

In addition to confirmation from Capcom that Marvel VS Capcom 2 is heading to XBLA and PSN, Sony's official PlayStation Blog has details on the exclusive playable demo coming very soon to the PS3.

The demo will be available on the US PlayStation Store from April 30 (expect the demo on the Euro Store soon after), and will be absolutely free with no need to purchase another game in order to gain access.

It looks like a sizeable sample too:

- Two-player local matches
- Six available characters – Ryu, Chun-Li, Strider, Spider-Man, Iron Man and Wolverine
- Seven selectable environments
- Upscaled 1080p graphics
- Widescreen or 4:3 aspect ratio
- Two graphic filter options for character sprites
