MotorStorm 2 confirmed for November 7

Hitting stores one week earlier than previously thought.

Sony Computer Entertainment UK has today announced that MotorStorm: Pacific Rift, the sequel to the PlayStation 3 launch title, will be available in UK stores on November 7. An earlier release schedule had pointed to a November 14 release date so it's good news for UK PS3 gamers who now have one less week to wait to get their hands on the title.

Sony's Evolution Studios has gone all out with the sequel, vastly expanding on the content offered in the original game. You can look forward to 16 tracks set across four vastly different locations, online play and four-player split screen.

Whats the difference? Who cares? Both games are looking ace, with all the good titles out this q4 its kinda hard to pick a date anyways. Im glad its sooner rather than later.

Motorstorm 2 wont get no benefit if its get released on the same date as Gears 2. I would put Motorstorm 2 out on the 5th Dec, and I know that PoP is coming out on that date but it has a better chance of doing well then.

If Sony want to release one of their exclusives the same day as Gears of War 2 comes out that's their call, seems a bit strange to me though, can't see a logical reason for it.
