UK Video Game Chart: Sleeping Dogs fends off Tekken Tag Tournament 2

Battlefield 3 Premium new at No.42.

Square Enix's Sleeping Dogs saw an eight per cent increase in sales to earn another week at No.1 and prevent Namco Bandai's Tekken Tag Tournament 2 from claiming the top spot.

The first Tekken Tag title since October 2000 has to settle for second place, with 57 per cent of sales on PS3.

LEGO Batman 2 is also a climber up to No.3 thanks to an impressive 29 per cent sales increase, while New Super Mario Bros. 2 slips to No.4 and London 2012 is down to No.5.

Elsewhere, NHL 13 is new at No.9, Max Payne 3 makes the most of retailer promotions to re-enter at No.10 and Battlefield 3 Premium is new at No.42.

Expect a complete change at the top next week, with four heavy-hitters arriving in stores: PES 2012, LittleBigPlantet Vita, F1 2012 and Borderlands 2. We expect Borderlands 2 to storm to the top, with F1 2012 and PES 2013 battling for second and third places. LBP Vita has a great chance of a Top 5 place.

Good for Sleepig Dogs! Just finished it this weekend and thought it was a great game - fabulous characters and storyline, but most importantly great fun to play!

sleeping dogs is owning the charts, I've just finished it got all collectibles and completed everything but for some reason I still have a few things it says I haven't done but the Map shows nothing there and I've had a few achievement glitches like the win 50k in a cock fight done it loads of times and it hasn't unlocked. That aside its a fantastic game with a great story, looking forward to some dlc.
